1. Digital Nature of the ProductSpanish Noble Titles offers products and services that are EXCLUSIVELY DIGITAL, including:

• Digital certificates of symbolic ownership
• Symbolic noble titles
• Rights to visit symbolic plots
• Associated digital documentation

1. No Right of WithdrawalIn accordance with current e-commerce regulations, specifically Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE ALLOWED once:

• The digital content has been delivered
• Access to digital documents has been provided
• The symbolic plot has been assigned
• The symbolic noble title has been issued

1. Exceptions for RefundsRefunds will only be considered in the following specific cases:

3.1 Verifiable Technical Errors

• Failures in the digital delivery of documents
• Errors in certificate generation
• Technical issues preventing access to content

3.2 Service Defects

• Incorrect information in delivered documents
• Incorrect assignment of plots or titles
• Failure to meet promised service characteristics

3.3 Incomplete Purchase

• Transaction interrupted before digital content delivery
• Charge made without completing service delivery

1. Claim Process

   If any of the above exceptions apply:

2. Contact our customer service within 48 hours of purchase

3. Provide the order number and details of the issue

4. Include evidence of the reported error or defect

5. Our team will evaluate the request within a maximum of 72 hours

6. Refund Method

   If the refund is approved:

• It will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase
• The process may take 7-14 business days
• You will be notified by email once the refund is processed

• Once digital content has been delivered, there is NO possibility of “returning” the product
• NO returns are accepted for change of mind
• NO returns are accepted for reasons not specified in the exceptions
• NO refunds are processed outside the cases mentioned in section 3
